For me my fear came from not knowing what to do in reps and during rests like figuring out how to pass the time for c. 90 seconds nonchalantly stressed me outtt. I decided a while ago just to watch YouTube vids with mixes as my method for listening to / viewing music and having almost a stopwatch.
