I'm not surebwhat the policy solution if for the small number of banned drivers who just ignore everything. Like is there a solution that isn't prison?
Its bleakly funny how 20 years into this demographic crisis they are trying blue sky thinking like "Maybe we shouldn't make it needlessly physically painful for women?".
I've not watched the film but "How it's done" for example is just a legitimately good song! Tie it into a (by all accounts) good film and yeah no wonder it's a smash hit.
As, like, K-pop as a genre itself really is huge in a way I think a lot of people (men my age and older) just don't get.

It can be amazing if done badly though. Favourite is when the voice actor (15 minutes in to his 1 hour commitment), is operating at an energy level much higher than the narrator (11 hours in 10 to go).
And it ends up sounding like that narrator is taking the piss out of the characters.
