In celebration of Francine’s return, adoption fees for all cats and kittens are waived October 6-7. 🎉
Francine is safe and sound! After being recovered at the distribution center in North Carolina, she has gone home with a store associate from Richmond's Broad Street Lowe's and is awaiting a vet check to ensure she's in perfect health.
