I agree that the NHS should always be free to the point of use however there needs to be more joined up thinking in purchasing, in my industry I see vast amounts of waste and a NHS contract shouldn’t just be an easy target to vastly increase costs.

There is much call for CU/SM but really would the 27 really want us back given the hassle and there is a legal chance that the nasty party could get re-elected in 29 and start the campaign to leave again. A special agreement is better IMHO

When they finally installed the fibre in my father in laws house it was an utter joke, they wanted to charge him to dig a trench (we had already dug one in) and then said it had to be the closet point to the pole due to the light levels (incorrect l) two visits later and still not sorted.
