What a stupid answer. You cannot unilaterally change the ECHR. It’s a convention you can agree to or you need to work with other signatory countries to change. Alternatively join fascist Belarus and Russia outside ECHR.

Monday next week Andrea Jenkyns faces a County Court appeal brought over her eligibility in the mayoral election.

She was added to the North Kesteven electoral roll at an address in Bassingham, near Lincoln, in April 2025, just before the election.
