Unfortunately, I have to disagree with Molly (and that’s a rare thing).
She’s doing her job as a Trump defender very well. Refusing to answer questions from Dem Senators and attacking them with specious claims and internet rumors.

She has proven herself to be the WORST Attorney General ever.

And this spurred OUTRAGE in the GOP! “Jack Smith tapped my phone” fumed Josh Hawley. Chuck Grassley cried its “spying” and an “abuse of power”.

In truth, the FBI got call logs on 9 Republicans with a grand jury subpoena.

No spying.

No tapping.

Why are they acting so guilty?

Yes. This looks very bad and it’s setting a dangerous precedent. The normalization of troops (they’re ICE but dressed as military) in our cities is pretty far down the list on the road to authoritarianism and nine months into this regime we’re getting close. October 18 take to the streets. HANDS OFF

My biggest fear is that enough Dem Senators are going to cave to pressure and vote to pass the CR. If this happens Meek Chuck needs to resign his leadership position because Democrats will have gotten nothing to show for taking this stand except for a black eye.

That bastion of liberalism, NFL owners, made the Super Bowl halftime show decision to try and expand their product to Latino audiences. Every decision they make is based on increasing revenue and attracting new fans. I’d be shocked if more than a handful of owners even KNOW who Bad Bunny is.

When Democrats regain power it’s time to pack the court with four more liberal justices and begin to undo the damage caused by this corrupt court.

When history is written, John Roberts will go down as one of the worst Chief Justices of all time.

The only problem with her solution is she wants John Thune to use the nuclear option in the Senate. She doesn’t want compromise, she wants the Senate to break tradition and completely eliminate the filibuster.

When the Democrats take power again I hope that he flees to a country that has an extradition treaty with us. Miller and all the Trump sycophants must be brought to justice either here or overseas for their crimes.

I’m afraid that most aren’t even aware of it and won’t know until they get the bill. The apathy that the majority of Americans have about what goes on in Washington is astounding. Their knowledge of important issues that directly affect their lives come from Fox or social media.

Ignorance rules.
