My absolute favourite moment in Truth Or Dare when they “threatened” her with arrest if she simulated masturbation on stage - I think it was when she was in Toronto? As she walks to stage, she gobs on the floor - are they going to arrest me for that?

It’s family that matters the most. Everyone else can sod off if they have issues. My Dad still dropped homophobic slurs afterwards - the product of his generation - they had fallen on deaf ears by that point!! ❤️🏳️‍🌈

Today is National Coming Out Day. Almost 30 years to the day I came out to my family - just before I went to university.

I remember telling my parents - who gave me that “yeah…” look - thought you wanted to tell us something. I JUST DID!

They already knew. And remained ridiculously supportive!
