Been clear for a while they weren’t fully aligned and I’m not sure he can have too many complaints but the majority of the blame should sit with those above. They’ve managed to make a mess of pretty much every big decision since they’ve arrived. God knows where we go from here…

Only going to be one outcome after those comments and probably sooner than expected. Not a fan of his football but he’s far from the biggest issue at Utd. If this is the beginning of the end there’s a few need to follow him out of the door.

Looked so much better after the change, at least until they ran out of gas. No doubt he'll revert back to type at Burnley.

Solid so far given the line-up and they've done well to take the sting out of the game. Would be nice if we could sling in a cross for Sesko to attack once in a while.

Blaming the lack of squad depth would make much more sense if we didn’t look shite most weeks when we have everyone available.

Sure he’ll be backed in the Summer and they’ll want to give him next season but it’s going to take some turnaround and faultless transfers from the people who thought £80m+ on Ugarte and Zirkzee was good idea. All the ingredients there for a repeat of what we saw last year.
