In some ways it's unsurprising, being in KY, but my friends--who made up most of the board--had worked hard to foster an inclusive environment. They don't seem inclined to return though, having been disillusioned by the experience.

Sadly our local team had a coup by the terfs, and my friends were all forced out. Then the team fell apart because terfs aren't good at managing things.

They're rebuilding though, and I know they have a transwoman on the C team now.
