InnCalifornia athletes take a cognitive test at the beginning of the season so that if they get a concussion they can track the loss and monitor the recovery. It is a great data set. We should make a dementia test part of everyone’s annual physical.

The worse a building is to heat and cool the higher the property taxes on the landlord should be. We need to find ways to make buildings more efficient and cheaper to operate and rent.
