Urinary Ascites...unusual but keep in diff dx.
🙂Can rarely present in patients without hx trauma.
😗High SAAG, and (ascites Cr/serum Cr) >1, usually much higher.
👍In this patient small defect on cystoscopy. No leak when first imaged.
