So much fun to sit down in our Capitol office with @emilyannevigil for an interview she's conducting for one of her classes.

Emily was a #TeamRita intern and we are so proud of all she’s doing!
Great to spend time with the Florida Water Works Association. We discussed water access as we move forward in the state.
So wonderful to celebrate the first Diwali at the Florida Capitol! The performances were amazing. I hope this tradition continues for years to come!

Update: Even fewer restrictions

We had to update this graphic because of a miscalculation based on an average instead of actual.

Out of approximately 174,500 students, there were only 38 with parental restrictions. That’s far lower than the number you get when using the 0.01% average.
Loved seeing @chefjoemar at the Alianza Center event! He’s always a ray of sunshine!
Good Morning from the Florida Capitol!
Indigenous Peoples’ Day is a time to celebrate the vibrant cultures, languages, and resilience of Native communities who have shaped our state and our nation. Let’s honor their legacy by listening, learning, and standing in solidarity.

It was wonderful to meet with Ask About Care, an organization looking for ways to shine the light on caregivers to ensure they are also getting the care they need!
Thank you, @repmaxwellfrost, for this event to let the people of Central Florida know what is on the line of these cuts to the ACA are allowed to happen. Big shout out to my friend and constituents, Dr. Cochran-Jordaan for giving insight into what medical providers are seeing.
