Any game with a static protagonist should at the very least let you choose their gender and skin tone.
Im sick of forced generic John Whiteboy protagonists.
You can hire another VA and texture a few more skin tones.
This kind of screen should be the bare minimum for almost every game.

Strangest thing about cutting snacks/junk food out of my diet?

After Endwalker, Sadu put a lot of time into training up a successor to lead the Dotharl in her place. She knew Riza and Cruz couldnt be tied down and she was sick of being apart from them
She has a linkpearl with the Dotharl in case they need her, but she spends most of her time alongside her wives

I was watching an XIV stream today and they were talking about character writing.
Partially about how its important to write that Ace and Aro characters can still have normal and healthy sexual relationships, even if it doesnt do anything for them, and I agree!

But the inverse is also true. I think its equally important to write sex repulsed Ace characters who's partners accept that about them, and dont push them out of their comfort zone just to satisfy their own needs. That Ace people who are not comfortable with sex are still worthy of love.

That latter style is where i focus when writing Riza's relationships. She cannot have a sexual relationship with anyone, but she still has two partners that adore her despite not sharing her view on sex. She isnt a lesser member of the polycule just because she cant fill those needs.

It crashed on me 5 times without even reaching the title screen, if you arent confident in your pc, wait for a sale.

I ended up giving up.
Not due to combat, but platforming.
Wasnt expecting it to be as mild as the bulk of HK, but some of those later zones get real goofy with what they seem to want from you.
(Im bad at platforming so I literally could not finish some of those endgame zones.)

I think im done.
Silksong has moved on from making me frustrated, to just flat out miserable.
Every platforming challenge is just making me depressed.
I want to love it so much but im just not enjoying myself anymore.
Act 1 was so fantastic, and so was a bunch of act 2.
But some of these zones...
