Food seduces me. Flowers intoxicate me. Fashion ignites me. Music moves me. Poetry wrecks me. Like cravings, they are the ache, the art, the fire in my veins.

TY. It was a great recipe. Super delicious.
Dinner: Lamb flatbreads w/ couscous + prosciutto-wrapped figs in balsamic glaze. First time mincing a tomato! The lamb + sauces had the perfect hit of heat, acid + salt. So good we ate it before I could get a pic of it all together. Recipe from Donal Skehan on IG. I LOVE FOOD. 😋 #foodie #cook
Dinner: Irish Summer Salad w/ Chicken Breast (modified recipe from Donal Skehan). Fried shallots, parboiled then roasted/smashed potatoes, & baked tomatoes on top romaine lettuce w/ radish, cucumber & dill. Honey, RWV, garlic, shallot OO, lemon zest dressing. It was light and yummy 😋 #foodie #cook
Fashion: sometimes you just feel pretty in a beautiful silk green dress. My office was a bit of a mess but the cocktail party was fun! 🤩 and I met some great people. What life’s all about! #fashion
If you could write it, what would it say?!
Beautiful work!! Ty for sharing.
That’s fantastic!! You could write so many stories about the meaning behind that photo.
Dinner: Chicken piccata. One of my favorites. The flavors just pack a punch in your mouth! I cook mine in a little flour/corn starch, bread crumb over OO/butter then bake & make the sauce in the pan w/ lemon juice & zest, capers, WW, butter & OO. Side of spaghetti w/ butter & parm = 😋 #foodie #cook
Nothing better than the sweet, delectable smell of jasmine! 💗
Dinner: Tom Yum Gai soup. Didn’t record the process, but it’s all the good stuff—lemongrass, lime leaves, chiles, mushrooms, prawns, chicken stock, and lime juice. Light, bright, and perfect for a rainy summer night on the East Coast.

DINNER: Spicy Thai Shrimp Salad (Pla Goong)—Craving the one I used to get at TukTuk in LA, so I made it myself. Pretty good for a first try—spicy, but a keeper. Next time, fewer chiles 🌶️. Gorgeous colors, bold sour-spicy-sweet flavor. Pro tip: hit the Asian market for prawns—half the price. #foodie
FASHION: Night out on the NYC town with some of the family. I don’t often dress up all fancy so wanted to remember this pretty pink fuchsia dress and this special occasion. Good times. #fashion #nyc #nightlife
Drinks: Made Mandarincello! Did two batches—one sous vide (3 hrs at 165°F), one still infusing. Used every scrap: candied the peels, juiced the rest. Zero waste, all yum. 😋 The creamy one’s my fave, but both are strong—drink with caution ⚠️

Summer lovin’ at the jersey shore. #asburypark
Dinner: I used the remaining dough to make a creamy sausage pasta. Used the gnocchi board to create spirals—they hold onto a cream sauce better. Simple recipe, but the flavors were outstanding. Like hamburger helper but way better. 😋 Same Marcella Hazan cookbook my go-to for Italian food. #foodie
#foodie
Dinner (s):
1) NY strip w/ tater tots, roasted garlic and a remoulade sauce, plus a mixed green salad w/ my go-to whole grain mustard and vinegar dressing, topped w/ shaved Parmigiano.
2) My favorite simple pasta w/ sautéed cherry tomatoes, garlic, basil, and a little burrata.

Made a Lemon Meringue cheesecake in honor of my mom, who would’ve turned 83 yesterday (May 2nd). It was her favorite dessert. I’d never made it with a cookie dough crust or meringue before, so it wasn’t my best work—but the flavors were so good and, I know she would’ve really enjoyed it. 💗 #foodie
Dinner: Smothered green chile carnitas burritos—like I had growing up in Colorado. First time making these, and they were out-of-this-world. Made the chile two days ago. Carnitas were simple and easy in the Instant Pot. Assembled like a Chipotle master 😆 , then baked in the oven. 😋 #foodie #cooking
Dinner: What to do with tomatoes about to go bad? Make a Spaghetti Margherita. Cook tomatoes w/ a little butter. Smash w/ a spoon, immersion blend, add garlic, S & P then fresh basil & chunks of fresh mozzarella. Light & tasty 😋. Pairs perfectly w/ a Sancerre & dining al fresco. #foodie #cooking
Dinner: Honey, garlic, lemon, Chicken. A recipe I got off of instagram and have made a few times because it’s that good. @geniuseatss
Paired w/ a simple arugula & Parmesan salad with a OO & apple cider vinegar dressing = perfect. Oh & never forget the Maldon salt!

Flowers: They intoxicate me. It’s a form of self-care. So is writing. Today I spent time in the garden. I needed it. My happy place. Ahh. Happy #worldhealingday #poetry #flowers
Dinner: Rigatoni with skirt steak, arugula, basil, and parsley, tossed in a balsamic-Dijon-olive oil marinade. It’s a Giada De Laurentiis recipe I’ve been making for years. It’s usually with penne, but I only had rigatoni—still, the flavors are amazing! 🤩 #foodie #cooking
Dinner: Delicious night at Massara NYC. Chef's tasting menu w/ wine pairings & I'm still dreaming about it. Every dish was out of this world-but the gnocchi & 3-day braised beef...OMFG. Unreal.
Also me @ the 4 seasons nyc after the massage I needed to book @aire for over a year! Fab day #foodie
