Anytime I lend/give a book to someone, I always tell them if they see any stains or fingerprints on the pages it's just chocolate or cheeto dust. And I think that tells you everything one needs to know about me.

If anyone in the media, entertainment, pod casters, etc that was even remotely considered “liberal” said these exact words, conservatives and maga would be forming mobs complete with tar and feathers to come after them. It’s insane.

If they refuse to enforce the one precaution that is proven to be effective against the spread of all respiratory diseases, then why are they bothering at all? Why even inform people that there’s an outbreak?

They'll take those ICE sign up checks. And then hopefully, once they realize that ice doesn't have the overtime scam of the police, they'll just sit in their SUVs and play games on their phones. (I'm hoping they're more lazy than racist. I know that is likely wishful thinking. )

I’m not from Pennsylvania so I couldn’t vote for Fetterman, but I’m ashamed to say I was completely fooled by him during his campaign. He’s turned out to be such a turd. I hope the good people of PA vote him out as soon as possible.

She was very nice to me in spite of my extremely painful awkwardness. I guess they get used to fans being goofy around them. And, to be fair, I’m pretty awkward talking to regular, non-famous people, too.

I met the comedian Eddie Izzard years ago and didn’t sleep for several nights afterward because I kept replaying my utter lameness during the encounter over and over in my mind. I may not sleep tonight now that I’ve reminded myself of the whole embarrassing thing.

It’s happening all over YouTube. My husband and I have noticed it with travel and food/restaurant review channels that we’ve followed for a long time. The video titles are now all click-bait and have almost nothing to do with the videos, which are just the same kind of videos as usual.

I’m afraid she isn’t dumb. She has constantly & consistently pandered to the very dumb people who vote for her though. That she’s talking like this now, must mean she sees it benefiting her down the line. She’s definitely not saying these things because she’s a decent person because she’s horrible.

My rural county is lucky enough to have a hospital but I’m still over half an hour away from it. It is teetering on the brink of closure. I’m afraid it won’t survive Medicaid cuts combined with how many people will be using the ER as their primary care provider after they lose ACA coverage.
