How. The. Fuck. Are. Spurs. 4th?

So, a moderately good 1st half against a terrible team, then a terrible 2nd half that made the terrible team look less terrible.

Still, 8/8, group stage winners and a couple of midweeks off for the first time in an age.

Havertz on, 3 goals.

Havertz off, 0 goals.

Their 'keeper is like the anti-Donnarumma. Excellent on crosses, but dreadful with shots.

And they say Gyökeres just needs service...

Total rotation is it?
January 28, 2026 at 6:48 PM
Ooh, what's this? The history of Patrick Vieira's move to Arsenal? Yes please, I think I'll watch...PIERS MORGAN? FUCK OFF!!!!

I'm 28 minutes into a podcast about The Exorcist with Mark Kermode but I've heard him talking about The Devils for 28 minutes. How typical. Normal you can't stop him talking about The Exorcist, regardless of the film that's being talked about.

It's ironic to have one of the most hyperbolic, tabloid toned Arsenal 'content creators' out there having a go at his own audience for being hyperbolic.

His permanently half-closed eyes like some kind of condescending Victorian doll doesn't help, but he's such a arrogant, smug twat.

Arsenal have played 40% more games than Man Utd (35 to 25), and have been plagued by injuries across the squad from Matchweek 1.

Simply the best horror movie podcast out there, by the excellent (semi-regular Empire guest) host, Mike Muncer.

Time to temporarily mute anything and everything Arsenal

As far back as I can remember them being a thing, I've used certain podcasts as a catharsis tool for getting over each and every defeat.

But the way wins and draws have been handled of late, I think that ritual has finally come to an end.
January 25, 2026 at 6:39 PM
Also, people (podcasters?) who constantly portray other Premier League sides as basically easy pickings are fucking idiots.
January 25, 2026 at 6:32 PM
Terrible performance, terrible result. But far from the end of the world. Got to remember, week after week, they have time to rest and recuperate and we don't. We've clearly entered the period of the season where it's having a meaningful impact for both sides.
January 25, 2026 at 6:29 PM
We really haven't done anything even remotely close to enough to get a victory today. Don't think we even deserve a draw.
January 25, 2026 at 6:23 PM
You can't legislate for that. Ffs
January 25, 2026 at 6:16 PM
