Rethinking Research: When Gender Becomes a Lens, Not a Checkbox

I completed the Introduction to Gender-Responsive Research and Open Data tutorial by INASP and Templeton World Charity Foundation.

Takeaway: applying a gender lens can completely transform the way we design and conduct research.
I'm pleased to have completed the Introduction to Research Ethics course by Rising Scholars. My key takeaway is that ethics is not just a box to tick; it is the compass that ensures research genuinely serves society.
