Thanks, Keith. One last training camp question, if I may. On the Exhibit10 catch and release program, how long does the player have to stay with the G-League affiliate and how much is the retention bonus that's paid to them?

Do teams that have an injured player under contract get an additional camp invite to use (yes, I'm looking at Boston and JT)?

@keithsmithnba.bsky.social If a team cuts a player who is on an Exhibit 10 contract before training camp, can he still workout in camp but not play in the preseason? I know the player remains eligible to pick up the G-Leauge sign&stay bonus..

It feels to me (I haven't pulled any data on this) like teams are using the transition from the pre-apron CBA to the present to squeeze mid-level, mid-career talent guys on salary. Or it may be that teams are making a hard judgment call that a 21-yo with upside is better for them than 2 know 28-yo.
