Mae’r ddelwedd gyntaf yn dangos cath ddu annwyl ar gefndir melyn. Mae'r gath yn anwesu pwmpen, ac yn dweud 'dydy ysbrydion a bwganod ddim yn fy nychryn'.

The thought of yet another inaccessible healthcare letter landing on our doorstep makes our skin crawl more than any horror movie, but that's the terrifying reality for far too many blind and partially sighted in Wales.

Welsh Government has published updated All-Wales Standards requiring NHS Wales to provide accessible information to patients. Currently, half of blind and partially sighted people in Wales receive communications in a format they can't read.
