California Congressman & Leader of Oversight Dems. Former Long Beach Mayor. Truth and Justice, always. 🇺🇸🏳️‍🌈
Howard Lutnick knew who Jeffrey Epstein was and still kept doing business with him. He should resign or be fired immediately — under no circumstances should he be a cabinet secretary in the United States.
February 11, 2026 at 1:56 AM
Jeffrey Epstein called Donald Trump his "best friend" for over a decade.

What did Trump know? Why the cover up? We need answers.

Donald Trump and Republicans in Congress won't reject the possibility of a pardon for Ghislaine Maxwell. That is deeply concerning.

Ms. Maxwell is a monster who herself abused children. She does not deserve a pardon.
February 10, 2026 at 4:02 PM
The DOJ has been redacting alleged Epstein Billionaire Co-conspirator Les Wexner’s identity.

That’s why Oversight Democrats forced a subpoena for him to testify. He will answer our questions under oath next week.
February 10, 2026 at 2:19 PM
This investigation is far from over, and we won't stop until all the powerful men that assaulted and abused women and girls are held accountable.

The survivors deserve justice.
February 9, 2026 at 8:26 PM
Let’s be clear: Ghislaine Maxwell is a known liar, and her lawyer told us that only she knows the truth—but won’t talk unless she gets clemency.

She wants a pardon, and the American people won’t be fooled.

After months of defying our subpoena, Ghislaine Maxwell finally appeared before our Committee and said nothing. Who is she protecting? We are going to end this White House coverup.

It’s now clear that Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick has been lying about his relationship with Epstein. He said he had no interactions with Epstein after 2005, yet we now know they were in business together.

Lutnick must resign or be fired. And he must answer our questions.
February 8, 2026 at 10:23 PM
This Super Bowl Sunday, Epstein’s survivors want you watch this. It’s the most important ad of the day. You don’t “move on” from the largest sex trafficking ring in the world. You expose it.
February 8, 2026 at 8:13 PM
Oversight Democrats look forward to Ghislaine Maxwell’s deposition on Monday. She needs to answer our questions.

Who were the powerful men who raped and abused women and girls?

Who ordered her move to a cushy prison?
February 7, 2026 at 10:09 PM
@oversightdemocrats.bsky.social are working every day going through files and documents, talking to key witnesses, and gathering new data and testimony from many sources, not just the limited DOJ files they have released.

Trump wants this investigation over — but we are just getting started

Trump's racist post featuring the Obamas was disgusting and not an accident. We cannot normalize this behavior from the President of the United States.

There needs to be accountability, and whoever posted that video must be fired immediately.

Amazing to be at Long Beach City College to present them with $1.5 million for their Child Development Center. It’s a great program for the community and student parents. Go Vikings!

Aliya Rahman was on her way to the doctor's when ICE dragged her out of her car and detained her.

Ms. Rahman is a disabled U.S. citizen, and she made this clear. Still, she was denied medical care and even lost consciousness in her cell.

Enough. Abolish ICE.

The testimonies from our hearing on ICE and DHS made one thing clear:

Our own government is maiming, traumatizing, and even killing U.S. citizens and people in this country. They must be held accountable.
February 5, 2026 at 3:18 PM
Marimar Martinez is a schoolteacher and U.S. citizen. She had no weapon or criminal record, and a CBP officer still shot her five times.

That same officer then bragged about his horrific actions in a group chat.

It's disgusting, and it's shameful. He must be held accountable.
February 4, 2026 at 10:04 PM
It’s disgraceful that our own government is shooting, maiming, and even killing our own people in our streets. What happened to Marimar Martinez wasn’t an outlier; it’s a pattern.

Enough. Impeach Noem and abolish ICE.

ICE is now larger than the FBI and most militaries around the world. Donald Trump is using ICE to terrorize communities across the country. We cannot fund this rouge agency.
February 4, 2026 at 4:29 PM
Donald Trump said he wants to "nationalize" elections. This should alarm every American.

We must continue pushing back on these attempts at interference to ensure that our elections are free and fair.
February 4, 2026 at 2:31 PM
ICE is terrorizing our communities, destroying trust in law enforcement, and killing our own people.

It has to end — we have to demand it.
February 4, 2026 at 2:30 AM
Let’s be clear: The killings of Renée Good and Alex Pretti could have been prevented. They should still be alive today.

Donald Trump, Kristi Noem, and DHS have lied over and over again, and now, they're trying to cover up the truth.

This Administration must be held accountable.
February 3, 2026 at 4:58 PM
This is an outrageous statement by Todd Blanche. Why is the DOJ protecting those that abused children and girls?

Release the full files, NOW.
February 3, 2026 at 3:23 PM
Trump’s DOJ has said time and time again that they would protect the survivors, yet they continue to expose and name them in the files.

Survivors’ names should be protected — not the powerful men who abused them.

I’m a ‘HELL NO’ on any funding to ICE & DHS this week. Not one penny.
