I don't really feel like I am "playing" #over/under (even though I am). It feels like going and being a part of a journey, and that's why I have real human dreams about it

AND ALSO this is on top of a wargame, conflicting incentives, incredible RP, etc

but any idea you throw out, someone will find a way to weave into the narrative

AND ALSO I feel like I trust that, if conflict arose, we would all step break character to make sure everyone is okay.

it's like having someone lead you in a ballroom dance

or a bunch of magicians trying to perform/engage in magic tricks with each other

or you and your friends taking turns stacking jumps on a trampoline to launch someone

or being in a sword fight where the goal is to look as cool as possible

and I think what makes #over/under great is that *almost everyone* on this server has developed those skills.

AND, instead of being channeled to "new TTRPG player", it is an echo chamber of other people looking to take the community of ideas in front of them, and spin it into something memorable.

it involves Planning and Creativity and Writing and Execution and all of this is usually channeled to "other players at the table".

sometimes that skill involves "engaging the less involved" (not derogatory), but running a game is being responsible for a fun evening for many groups of people.
