It looks like Russia has sunk some vessels/barges by the pier of Novorossiysk so that Ukrainian naval drones would not be able to enter the port.

The catch is that the remains of the Russian Black Sea Fleet have now barricaded themselves inside the port and cannot get out.

Minister for the environment and water Watt is in the negotiation room to attempt to pass his environment laws. Various stakeholders are there, including financiers, miners, Gina holding someone’s balls, dejected First Nations, greens senators, etc. On the whiteboard is a complicated mess of formulae with lots of $ symbols, all leading back to the word at the top ‘elected’. Looking through the window is the silhouette of a hopeful child as Watt says, “ok, now we’ve decided the environment is already cooked - just a matter of whether we steam on ahead or take a more measured approach”.
