Dit was Kyiv afgelopen nacht urenlang. Rusland is de Shahed productie alleen maar verder aan het opschroeven met mogelijk eind dit jaar 500 per dag.

I think we have to realize that after resigning, Trump would find a new excuse to block arms shipments and/or block the delivery of intel.
Trump considers President Zelenskyy an obstacle and will force him to resign by denying weapon's shipment for as long as President Zelenskyy is in office.
President Zelenskyy is currently on route to Saudi Arabia for ceasefire talks.

I think we have to realize that after resigning, Trump would find a new excuse to block arms shipments and/or block the delivery of intel.
So US resumption of aid to Ukraine, depends on Ukraine's willingness to make concessions?
Not that it's worth anything, but if Trump wants peace, let Russia make public concessions first.

eens met Hans: deze wapens worden door Oekraine alleen in frontlijn ingezet voor zelfverdediging. Taboe is niet meer houdbaar in huidige veiligheidspolitieke context. Rusland heeft overigens minder scrupulus en heeft ze ook tegen steden ingezet.
Formeel heeft dit Eerste Kamerlid van de Partij voor de Dieren wellicht gelijk. Maar in de praktijk is clustermunitie het enige middel waarmee Oekraïense troepen oprukkende groepen Russische militairen snel kan uitschakelen. Ik zou wel weten waar ik voor zou kiezen...
