Seems like the Swiss system of using private insurance companies with significant regulation and limits on profits and salaries - admin costs - would work better for US culture. Also hospitals also contribute to the cost. Fancy lobbies. Specialists. Etc

Mark. how do insurance companies get eliminated without massive negative impact on the stock market. Insurance stocks are in everyone’s pension plans and 401k. what about the many jobs. how do you protect any state system from being massively underfunded by GOP. See the devastation done to NHS.
