i think kiryu should be as hairy as ryoma but he gets embarrassed about it so he usually waxes except in y3-4 (learning to embrace dilf status), y5 (too depressed) and y8 (embracing gilf status). y6 he waxed his chest but that's about it. gaiden he waxed e v e r y t h i n g
