Increasingly frustrated at the inability of the NHS - at alll levels - to grasp you need a whole pipeline workforce planning approach, so if you want more B6 or advanced physios you also need to expand the number of B5 NQ you recruit !

Whist it is outrageous that opposition peers have blocked day one protection from unfair dismissal, compromising to get the rest of deal which will benefit members over the line is bread and butter to most unions and most trade unionists.
