The fact that it was finally passed with 99% unanimous agreement among the goons and signed off by head honcho after resisting it for so long tells me 1 of 2 things:
1) It'll be heavily edited
2) They don't care because they're the ones in charge and will say "What are YOU going to do about it?"

There's other "Smart" add-ons as well, but that's the one that reads your content.
