Rock In Peace John Lodge, singer, songwriter and bassist best known for his longtime membership in the Moody Blues. Lodge co-wrote some of their greatest songs, was as a producer and solo artist; considered by many to be one of the greatest bass players of all time, gone to that big gig in the sky.

#GarageRockTober: The Gants - formed in 1963/64 in Greenwood MS, they had gigged around, had a couple of near regional hits esp. their take on “Roadrunner”, but eventually broke up. Their legend gained steam in 1980 when “I Wonder” was included on a Pebbles compilation, and the rock endures.
