Kelly pockets her hands into her hoodie, staring into the sand underneath her feet. It’s a nice sunny day out on the beach, with beachgoers about in the distance. But Kelly stands still as Will and Casey pass her by, excitedly heading for a swim. Lacy approaches from behind, noticing Kelly’s discomfort. “Aren’t you hot in that?,” she asks. Kelly averts her gaze, “A little.” Lacy holds Kelly’s hand and looks at her understandingly, “Wanna go back?” Kelly cracks a deflecting smile, “No it’s okay...I’ll catch up.” “Okay.” Lacy starts to walk away, waving back to Kelly. “Let me know if you change your mind.” Now all by herself, Kelly frowns and tugs at the dark-colored hoodie she’s wearing over her bright yellow swimsuit. She glances around anxiously, and starts to remove the hoodie. After a bit of a struggle, Kelly finally succeeds, with the hoodie now in her arm. Kelly breathes a deep sigh of relief, when a voice suddenly calls out to her, “Hiii! You look super cute, girlie!” Kelly perks up immediately, flustered and blushing. A pair of pretty women pass her by, waving and smiling amicably. She smiles back and stammers as she tries to muster up a response: “Oh! I um-” “Thank you!” Kelly smiles to herself, feeling a rush of confidence. Her tail even wags a bit. She quickly runs for the ocean, tossing away the hoodie into the air.

Lacy reviews her phone and smiles kindly at Will, “Thanks for driving us, Will.” “Ah, it’s no big deal,” deflects Will. He looks ahead with a content expression, “There’s no place I’d rather be.” Meanwhile, they are stuck on the highway in standstill traffic, the loud and obnoxious honking of cars all around them. Will appends his statement with a shift of tone, “...Except maybe our actual destination.”

Silver the hedgehog eagerly smirks, pressing his hand against his cheek "so I took a course!" He laughs. Blaze the cat shifts her weight and focuses on the hedgehog "you time travelled just to work in a café???!" She yells as quietly as she can- as to not break her aura. Silver nods vigorously. Blaze sighs again, and rubs her brow. "I can't believe I was talked into this" she mutters under her breath. Some time earlier, Blaze and Marine wander through the corridors of the Sol Dimension palace; Marine presses her head against Blaze's shoulder: "You should think about gettin' a hobby, Blaize" she says keenly in her upbeat tone. Blaze however, is not so keen.
