Aww, those cake toppers are adorable. Congrats on your big day!! ❤️

Oooh, did you get BF6? I'd love to squad up and help a kiddo out. :P

A bonus to the handful of friends who come across something bab-coded and share it through DM's while teasing me about it. It pushes all the right buttons and is super validating.

With all the talk about furries who despise babyfurs, I want to express appreciation for those in the opposite direction.

For friends who not only accept us, but are willing and eager to let us discuss bab stuff or share art with them.

I want to stress this isn't a knock on Jimmy either. I don't disagree with his points, and I've seen others in the community bring this stuff up.

I don't think these points feel 'invalidating' to me, but it makes me think about my purpose in the community and the artists and works I interact with.

I see my babyfur socials as a way to take a break from the real world and embrace my ABDL side.

I don't avoid art and stories with deeper meaning, but I don't overthink what I view or follow, and it makes me wonder if my intentions are indeed as shallow as a puddle.

I've been thinking about this thread all day. Part of me feels self-conscious about being a part of this problem.

I'll never make comments like 'why aren't they padded?' like Jimmy and some other artists in this thread bring up...but I definitely gravitate towards more of the fetishy diaper stuff.

Talking to artists who try to create something in this niche that isn’t just fetish focussed is depressing

I get there’s a range of reasons why people connect with ABDL, and some of those are shallow as a puddle, actively *complaining* about artists not including diapers every 5 seconds sucks

Was working most of today, I finally got home and immediately started downloading Battlefield 6.

That chart is looking awfully cloudy now, isn't it? 🌧️

[NSFW | ABDL, wet diaper]

It doesn't matter how many times you do it, being changed is always a blushy time.

For me, the diaper art that shows the regular periods of life you experience sometimes has the strongest connections. I think we can all relate to this, right?

Sometimes I wish the babyfur art trope of ABDL diapers being sold at supermarkets were a thing IRL.

But then I realized, if ABDL was still relatively uncommon, would I even have the courage to buy them in person?

Not sure how I feel about the Pixel Pals design personally, but I absolutely respect the effort, passion and detail involved in the artwork.

Everyone involved should be proud of themselves, and it's awesome to see the excitement and hype from the community.

Looking good!!

The other day I had some Kraft and threw some hot sauce on it, definitely would recommend.

That's completely valid, I feel the same way about those who post pics/art with exposed bits.

I second what Arnold said, the 'hide post' feature is super useful

Chasity isn't quite my thing, but I'm still celebrating Locktober; my pacigag arrived in the mail this weekend! I'll probably try it on tomorrow and see how it feels.
rockyote32.bsky.social
I feel like part of it is because r/abdl is a lot of people's first contact with the ABDL community, so you have posters with no previous experience in these spaces and all the self-shame to go with it.

Admittedly I'll poke my head in there every now and then and leave supportive comments

Can confirm, I did this once for a commission with @marzipankitty.bsky.social and the final piece was exceptional!
