Oh, it's Eddie.
Nice to see you again, brother.

At least he didn't say Tumpkins.
Waka Waka Waka!

...And then, I started Imaginary Friend by Stephen Chbosky.
Like what I'm hearing so far.
It keeps building. Smoldering, even. I'm afraid of what will happen when it explodes and the veil is lifted.

Listened to the audio described Night of the Living Dead original motion picture soundtrack today. It made me want to watch it again.

Well it probably tastes better than Cock flavored soup.
I've often wondered where they get the flavoring and if that flavor is universal.
I may never know.

Why, yes. I did go in without permission from the Commander.
And nobody used deadly force. Not that they could outshoot me.
But I'm not exactly certain that I was where I thought I was. I can't read that bottom notice, so I have to assume that it's a translation.

It was a Husky day today.
They just kept howling and I kept coming to them.
That first one might just be a wolf though.

Today's horror bomb: Doctor Sleep.
Usually I stick a Stephen King book in child-focused LFLs, but today I traded for a copy of Arabian Nights.
This one in Clarksville TN had some pretty decent titles in it. I might have to go back tomorrow.

Sleep well, children.
Happy Halloween!

You say true!!
That album has never not been in my possession.
rolandofgilead19.bsky.social
I love them!
Especially their cover of Gloria Gaynor’s I Will Survive from Fashion Nugget.
That album is nothing but good.

No, not yet. I dropped it face down in gravel as I was stepping off of a porch and I landed right on top of the camera. I really can’t believe it worked.
I promised to shoot it, but now I kind of admire it after seeing what it survived.
I think I’ll keep it around out of respect.

It’s beautiful and it’s a big ass book!
It even came with a built in bookmark ribbon.
It was worth the wait.
rolandofgilead19.bsky.social
Wise choice.
The back was worse than the front. If you can believe that.
I’m trying not to handle it too much because glass splinters are almost as bad as metal splinters.

Book Mail!!
And it's very exciting stuff.

Both by Stephen King @stephenking.bsky.social

The 50th anniversary edition of Salem's Lot all the way from the UK via Waterstones @waterstones.bsky.social
with a new intro by Joe Hill @joe-hill.bsky.social
And The Long Walk (first time in HC allegedly)
rolandofgilead19.bsky.social
Ha! Yes. Yes it does.
It looks like the cartoon ones that are beating out of the chest.
And it bites!
rolandofgilead19.bsky.social
Oh I love it!
They're awesome little creatures.

This is what I’ve been dealing with for about 2 months. I’ve had to use a stylus to do most everything.
It annihilates any screen protectors due to a noticeable bulge at the top and I had to replace them weekly.
Now I can use that money for important shit. Like books!

We had a house in Tennessee that told us to get out. We didn't, so the fireplace exploded and my brother was burned very badly.
We got out after that.
I see movement where the should not be at times and I hear conversations that have happened in the past but I don't always know what they're saying.

All of the kitchen drawers and cabinets would open and utensils and dishes would fly across the kitchen. There was no specific time or day.
We're lucky nobody was hurt.
We're also lucky that we have several Brujas and Santeras/Santeros in my family.
Sage, Cedar, and Palo Santo saved our lives!

As a child I witnessed a lot of paranormal activity.
It wasn't weird. It was almost an everyday occurrence.
I once lived in a house in Florida.
I would endure nightly instances of someone dropping a metal bar at my door, knocking, then going to the next bedroom and repeating the same thing.
