I used to not really talk about myself, but I’m proud of my progress and want to share before I look into next steps in April.
In 2022, I was at my heaviest at 490 lbs and needed to make a change. In lead up to surgery, I lost 160 lbs and 102 lbs since then. Have gone from 6X to XL shirts as well.
