This is also a country without a healthy two party system from the ground up. A majority of Americans identify as Independents. Variations of Right and Left are really hard in the old model of politics.

The majority in Congress has ceded its Constitutional power to the Executive Branch - literally one man who is simply the puppet of the mega wealthy behind the curtain. Likewise, the Supreme Court has been bought and paid for. We the people did not see this coming over at least 40 years.

My advice is if your law firm can't say this, get yourself a new law firm.
