Sherlock and I visited the Mighty Mississippi River. No, not that one. This one flows through Almonte, Ontario. It is gorgeous though. We had fun but Sherlock still refuses to play in the water. Maybe one day. Keep an eye out for more of our adventures. 😀🐶

Also, the way they tied in the Teletubbies, from the beginning, with the differently coloured tracksuits and playing a metal version of the Teletubbies theme song during the fight scene was an interesting call back. I guess it’s setting up for the next movie. 😀

Yeah, the jumpsuit gang kind of threw me off until I realized that the leader was the boy from the beginning. Wearing the upside down cross that his father had given him, I guess, showed that he went in a completely different direction than his father had intended.

There’s a lot going on in this instalment of the franchise as they set up for what’s coming next. I really enjoyed where they’ve taken it. It’s a much more layered plot line than the purely visceral first movie. Don’t get me wrong, there’s plenty of bloody mayhem to enjoy. What did you think?
