Shohei is so ridiculous they had to reprogram baseball video games to be able do what he does in real life. It wasn't *possible* to create a character like this before he existed. 10 strikeouts on the mound & 3 HRs in a LCS clinching game? Absurd.

Nick Turley, the head of ChatGPT, told me earlier this month that the best way to teach the world about a new technology is putting it out in the world. He said that’s what the company learned with ChatGPT, and that’s what OpenAI is finding with Sora, too. It seems the company is learning something about how to distribute this technology, as well.

it's funny I only have oen thing from penhaligon I got it in a swap a few years ago, I was trying to get rid of a few things & I took it because the other stuff I was never wearing either but I've never explored their line beyond that.

in new @findingspress.org paper, PhD candidate shirin qiam
(now at Minneapolis Met Council). uses a deep learning model and post processing pipeline that outlines surface parking lots. Tulsa has a lot, Oakland surprisingly little.
