Does the use of AI generated fantasy images devalue the human experience by separating us from our confidence in, and awareness of, reality?

Unfortunately it will only work if all the other countries raise their wealth taxes as well. Otherwise, the rich simply move abroad, and the exchequer ends up with even less tax revenue. What is your plan to address this outcome?
