Roswell's Tom Rehkopf owns about 1,000 typewriters, which he tinkers with at his workshop and happily shares with fellow aficionados, curious youngsters and even Tom Hanks.

On Veterans Day, we honor members of our armed forces for their service to our country. This federal holiday began as "Armistice Day" and was a way to commemorate the end of major hostilities in World War I on November 11th, 1918.

Juanita Stephens would have loved 2010s era Tumblr 💅 Instead, she had to settle for leading a fan club and working on her "ten Frank Sinatra scrapbooks" in the 1940s. Her club's "T-Jacket Journal" includes letters to Frank, essays from fans about their concert experiences, and fan art.
