A Justice Department memo seeks to assure military officers of the legality of Donald Trump’s orders for striking boats—but the protective value of this memo “may be no greater than the value of the paper it is written on,” Paul Rosenzweig argues:
The DOJ’s Cartels Memo Is Legal Quicksand
Factually bankrupt analysis doesn’t make unlawful orders lawful.

This is a sadly accurate analysis of an institution I used to be a part of and which I no longer recognize.
The Heritage Foundation, after its founding in 1973, quickly became “the most influential think tank in America,” Peter Wehner argues—and it’s “as good an institution as any in which to study the intellectual and moral decline of the American right.”

The conservative backlash against Nick Fuentes has yet to challenge the president who had him over for dinner.

The reality of paper tears.

Why I am disgusted with Congress and the SCOTUS. Top 10 things Trump is doing that they could stop if they wanted to:

1. Extrajudicial military murders
2. Bribe taking corruption of gifts to Trump and family
3. Abuse of the pardon power
4. Race-based targeting of Latinos for immigration /1
