For sure. I hate most of his trades but I also love that he's been going all in for the past few years. So I can't complain. After all, my favorite team has zero championships and I'd like to experience one during my lifetime.

Leo De Vries could arrive in 2026. Will the A's move Jacob Wilson (-10 DRS/-2 OAA) to 2B at some point? Can Denzel Clarke hit enough to be the starting CF? He struggled at the plate as a rookie but was 14 for his last 42 before season-ending injury. 2B/3B are likely up for grabs.

Biggest questions for the Braves involve the starting rotation, which could be elite. Grant Holmes (elbow) will opt for rest/rehab over surgery so there's no guarantee he'll contribute in 2026. If healthy, will Reynaldo Lopez return to the rotation? Maybe he's their next closer.

Players with options won't be added to the RR page until it's confirmed by the team or player that it will be exercised. Of the club options, Sale's is a no-brainer. Albies/Kinley are likely to return. Pierce Johnson is a maybe. Ha-Seong Kim could go either way with his player option.

Jeremiah Jackson was one of their best players during the final months of the season. At the least, he's a super-utilityman who starts a few games per week. If everyone's healthy, it could be tough to get regular ABs. Tyler O'Neill/Colton Cowser will get a chance to bounce back.

As of the latest update, it would appear that Grayson Rodriguez (elbow debridement surgery) is questionable for Opening Day. We probably won't know how close he is until Spring Training but the O's will likely be cautious with him early in the season. Thus, he's currently on the Projected IL.

Mike Trout started 22 games in RF but not once after an IL stint that kept him out for most of May. No word on if he'll play OF in 2026.

Also no update on Anthony Rendon, who'll be on the Projected IL unless there's any indication from him or the team that he could return.

Reid Detmers and Robert Stephenson both ended the season on the IL with elbow injuries. An MRI on Detmers' elbow showed no structural damage. He's expected to return to the rotation in 2026 after a breakout season as a RP. No word yet on Stephenson's status.

Pirates have a playoff-caliber pitching staff. The offense has a long ways to go. There's a decent chance that top prospect Konnor Griffin can take over as the starting SS at some point in 2026 but they'll still need to add some impact bats this offseason.

The SP depth is also strong, although there's not much certainty behind Pablo Lopez and Joe Ryan. They'll need a bounce-back from Bailey Ober and at least two of Simeon Woods Richardson, Zebby Matthews, Taj Bradley, Mick Abel, and David Festa to take a big step forward in 2026.

With so much upper-level OF depth, the Twins should have an interesting offseason and some fun position battles next spring. The RF/LF/DH options are already fine (Wallner, Larnach, Martin, Outman, Roden) but there's so much close-to-MLB talent on the way (Walker Jenkins, Emmanuel Rodriguez, etc).

Biggest question for the current group is whether a position change is necessary for CJ Abrams (-6 DRS, -11 OAA) and Luis Garcia Jr. (-17 DRS, -7 OAA). Shifting Garcia to 1B would open a spot for another middle infielder. Moving Abrams to 2B would allow them to upgrade defensively at SS.

The Nats' top position player prospects are at least 1-2 years away and their top pitching prospects won't likely reach the majors anytime soon. Travis Sykora (Tommy John surgery) is out for the season and Jarlin Susana (lat surgery) could also miss time in 2026.

A lot of young players had the opportunity to secure a role for 2026 and not many took advantage. Daylen Lile was the only position player to make a big jump while only a few pitchers (Brad Lord, Andrew Alvarez, Jose A. Ferrer, Clayton Beeter, Cole Henry, PJ Poulin) had success.

As things stand, their projected lineups aren't bad at all heading into the offseason. A bounce-back season from Robert would help, as well as improvements from youngsters like Quero, Meidroth, and Vargas. Top prospect Braden Montgomery could also become a factor at some point in 2026.

•No decision has been made on whether Grant Taylor will be a starter or reliever in 2026. Until the White Sox indicate otherwise, I'm going to assume he'll be a starter. They'd have to be cautious with his workload (he only threw 63.1 IP this season) but it's possible.

•CF Luis Robert's club option is likely to be exercised. Even if the White Sox weren't interested in Robert at $20MM (vs $2MM buyout), there's a good chance another team would be interested in a trade. He also has another $20MM club option in '27.
