I need Honeko Akabane's Bodyguards to be adapted into an anime 😭 I LOVE this series! It's one of the few manga I've actually kept up with as every volume releases 😅💕

My puppy (14 month old) got out for a few moments last night. Someone in the neighborhood randomly started to set off fireworks. I ran to bring my dogs in as soon as I could, but my pup had already jumped the fence. We'll be making it taller & more secure. 1/2

Batman and Psychology by Travis Langley is a really interesting book. It's the main audiobook I'm listening to right now and it's pretty good as a character overview & reflection on Gotham's many inhabitants.

Sometimes I really hate when I have to go to the store w/my husband. I go in for 2 things that could take me 10 minutes max. But he likes blind boxes & bags, so I always end up being here for 45-60 minutes 😭😭😭

House hunting sucks 🥺
Hubby & I are having a hard time agreeing on things, we are stressing each other out, & the two houses we loved & put offers on recently, didn't pan out. It's been a mess & our relationship is strained & idk how to fix it besides finally getting a house 😭

Religious people losing their minds over Pope Leo XIV's ice blessing is hilarious. If God created the Earth, created all things in nature, then ice & water are another of God's wondrous creations. Homes can be blessed; no one blinks. Earth is our home. Find something worth being indignant over 😂

Today I hosted the Book Club program at my library. It's a regular group & the ladies that come every week basically run the show themselves. We, as staff, just pull up the titles they discuss on Goodreads so they can see the books and see the general rating from others. 1/?

There's no family/couple bonding activity quite like suddenly having to change a tire. At least this one was in the garage & we weren't on the side of the road somewhere 😂

My mother treats me like I'm a major inconvenience, when she's the one who basically designed my life to be the way it is right now, specifically the way it's inconveniencing her...how ironic. Naturally I get all the emotional fallout of it, though.
