Would hazard a guess this is Lamb telling Standish she ought to go and solve crimes in a fucking nursing home, or similar. Quite like it when writers tip the hat to each other though. Is it a genre thing? Mostly crime/espionage in my experience.

I had a chat with him a few years ago about the excellent Aubrey Beardsley doc he made and he was indeed absolutely delightful. Really lovely. But his dramatic work is not for me.
