In the meantime, I have taken a temporary break from shaving my head and eyebrows for the sake of my mental health while I am healing from this. In May, we adopted a four month old German Shepherd puppy from the Oregon Humane Society. We named her Ari in honor of Ariana Grande.

Sorry for the lack of regular updates over the past three or four months. In February/March, our beloved family Doberman/German Shepherd mix named Jax started fading away due to his old age. We buried him in April. It broke me into a million pieces, and I am still recovering.
