Please don't judge, but I think we've just invented a new dessert. Warm jamb roly-poly, with a generous glug of advocaat (we didn't have any custard left, so improvised).

Reached Preston after picking up people in Lancaster from a preceding service that's been cancelled, and now we're all now ejected from the train because it's also now cancelled and we're all waiting for another train that'll be full up from previous cancellations
