the bile taste is the worsttt😭 so i’m actually on Pantoprazole and it helps a lot as long as i dont eat a ton of trigger food! i posted pulled pork the other day which is one of them:/ pork, tomato anything and alcohol.. i can tolerate spicy food, but not greasy or tomato-y
