the anti zoning bill ai slop thing they made suggests we'll see a SURGE of "density" peaking somewhere around 20-50%. guys can you imagine how good it would be for the tax base for baltimore to have 100-250,000 extra people in it all of a sudden and now can you imagine how unlikely that is
