I'm trying to improve at my artwork so I can share and interact with other artists, furry or otherwise!

This is the first of two character references sheets for Rugglby. The left and top displays are the body, with armor, for reference of his figure (no genitals or nudity). The bottom and right displays are the default outfit for the character, being an open green cloak with a matching pair of green shorts, further accessorized with a loincloth. In addition to the body blueprints, small diamonds with the color palette shown are present in the bottom left (for body) and top right (for outfit.) Each diamond holds a base color, 9 in total. Adjacent to each diamond is a lighter shade of the flat color, a darker shade of the flat color, and lining the left side is the outline shade. This means that despite having 9 flat colors, the reference sheet uses 36 colors in total when you count the variations. Even more than that through the individual rendering, but the color palette just shows a rough guideline for the coloration.

This is the two of two blueprint for Rugglby's overall reference sheet. All the details shown on this page are the miscellaneous and extra design bits for when they would come into frame. The left side is entirely dedicated to the jaw extension Rugglby is capable of. Think eel gills crossed with a Predator rip-off. The A.) B.) C.) mouth displays underneath the head show the process in which is jaw unfurls its extensions. The second pair of fangs behind his canines unfurl with the extension, giving it a more menacing appearance. The other details include a height scale with a 5" 9" human reference, showing how Rugglby's small stature is compared to the average person, as he is a 5' 2" / 160 cm gremlin. The armorless torso is shown, as well as the individual pieces of the armor. As for how Rugglby grew the armor, the Moon Pixie egg cycles is shown to display how a juvenile Moon Pixie will gain their armor pieces from their hatched egg shells. The final detail, which is show in the top right, is the tentacle foot. Both the front view and underside is shown, providing reference for how it would be drawn that way.

This page is separate from the reference sheet pages and shows all of the small blurbs and wording details that a normal reference sheet would contain. The icons are for the Rugglby accounts on Discord, Furaffinity and Bluesky. A Pansexual flag doodle is also added, mostly to fill in space and because I like the colors.
