I will have a final total for the run across the USA at the end of the year. Donations are still being made to St. Benedict’s Hospice which is absolutely brilliant. Thanks again to those people who have supported this cause.

3 months have passed and the journey back to fitness began yesterday. Read all about it over at rungeordierun.com 🏃🌻
The series of looking back at the run across the USA continues today with the letter 'G'. There were a number of candidates such as generosity, grit, Great Plains, gas stations, grinding (miles), giving back and "geet lang rerds". Check out www.rungeordierun.com for today’s entry.
The USA 2025 A to Z is now gathering pace over at www.rungeordierun.com. It'll be added to every other day so please check back often.

Its never to late to donate at www.justgiving.com/page/rungeor...
Disappointed - yes. Proud - yes.

Who knew that rowing would be the exercise I could do without causing pain in my feet. Looks like it’s Paddle Geordie Paddle for the foreseeable future.
It took me 174 days of running across the USA to raise for charity what Isak earns in a week for not training/playing. That’s a tough one to reconcile. #nufc
Thanks to those kind folk who continue to donate to St. Benedict’s Hospice in respect of the run across the USA. There’s no sign of the kindness ending. A fantastic amount raised so far - www.justgiving.com/page/rungeor...
It seems like I’m now in a Wednesday routine. I attended the 0630 Versa Climber class at David Fairlamb Fitness today.

I managed to climb 2230ft in the 30 minute class. That’s 3ft higher than the second tallest building in the world. That’s Merdeka 118 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
Really enjoyed your YouTube content from Seoul. Brilliant insight and analysis as ever. 👏 👏
Among the 100s of donations to St. Benedict’s Hospice, there have been 95 anonymous ones.

Whoever you are. THANK YOU!

It’s making the pain suffered in the USA very worthwhile.

There’s still time to donate at www.justgiving.com/page/rungeor... if you can.
A huge thank you to everyone who is continuing to sponsor my run across the USA in aid of St. Benedict’s Hospice.

If you’ve yet to donate then that can be done over at www.justgiving.com/page/rungeor....
There’s still plenty to read over at rungeordierun.com with another bumper update just 10 days after the run across the USA ended.

There’s also still time to donate at www.justgiving.com/page/rungeor...
Thanks for being a part of the journey George.
The donations are still coming in to St. Benedict’s Hospice via www.justgiving.com/page/rungeor.... Thank you to everyone who has donated.

In other news, I’ve just knocked up a quick visual representation of my journey across the USA. It’s quite something when you see it like that.
The run across the USA may have ended 8 days ago but the donations to St. Benedict's Hospice are still coming in.

The charity fund has now smashed through the £30,000 barrier. That’s some incredible generosity. Thank you to everybody who has donated at www.justgiving.com/page/rungeor...
A lot has happened since I finished at Forrest Gump point last Sunday.

You can catch up with the latest at www.rungeordierun.com and even donate at www.justgiving.com/page/rungeor... if you are able.
Learning to walk again! Resting and recovering well.

3.8 million steps across 1843 miles and 74 days was all worthwhile as the charity total approaches £30,000.
