you say that, but that's how it happens more often than not where i'm from! my customers, my coworkers, my family...i'm in a position where they depend on me to keep things running smoothly.

i guess it just became a habit for more than work after a while. it's nothing i'm not used to, really.

i find some of the floors fun!! some of them are frustrating though, and others are....pretty scary...;;;;;

there's rarely a chance to relax save for the shop floors. it's a lot to take in all at once, isn't it?

geez, no need for all that!! i just need someone to keep an eye on the stove while i'm busy mixing together certain ingredients, layered things like that. recipes with a lot of moving parts are tricky when your brain needs to be in so many places at once.

well that's no surprise. there are usually more passengers, and crowds....well....i get why.
