Last week in Drama Club the focus was on exploring the characters in the Lion King, using movement and mime to bring the characters to life. Drama club promotes interaction, builds self-esteem and develops socialisation and communication skills.
We celebrated Diversity Fortnight, with tutor-time activities and creative competitions focused on inclusion, equality, and social justice. Each day explored a different theme, helping students engage meaningfully with our REAL Values through age-appropriate and thought- provoking sessions.
Monologues Performances from our KS4 Drama Students. Students engaged in research into their characters from a range of plays including: An Inspector Calls, The 39 Steps, Too Much Punch for Judy and The Glass Menagerie. We wish them the best of luck in their assessments.
