Games are the best and I love to share and discuss everything about them!

Also post about cool and obscure indies you might not have seen before, and make videos on them too! (Very Slowly 😅)

Had a lot of fun making this in Procreate and messing around with layers and depth!

Is there anything better than Video Game Rain? I find it so relaxing!

Finally getting round to checking out MGS3: Delta and it's very cool to play through one of my favourite games looking like this, it's full of loads of nice little details and effects.

It's pretty crazy that Mewgenics is out next week, I've been waiting for that game for well over a decade and from the reviews it seems like it's gonna be well worth the wait!

Somehow managed to finish Cairn on Free Solo/Hardmode with Permadeath in half the time of my original play through, and I only had 2 minor falls all the way up!

That was such a great experience, much more intense than Alpinist difficulty, but enjoyable in its own way.

Such a great game 🧗‍♀️

I finally picked up Paranormasight (currently £4 on the eShop btw!) after the sequel announcement in the Partner Direct. Been on my backlog for too long, seems cool so far!

Shadow of the Colossus. Singular experience that changed the way I look at video games on the whole. Played it so many times and it just never gets old. Timeless. Perfect. Etc etc 😆

Okay soooo Free Solo/Hard difficulty on Cairn is going surprisingly well!? Managed to get to just under halfway up the mountain, no falls yet!

There is a very tough climb coming up next that took me about 30 mins on my first playthrough, and I used lots of pitons, so it's gonna be the real test 🤞
February 5, 2026 at 11:52 PM
That's Cairn finished, such a banger of a game!

I instantly started it again in Free Solo Mode which is basically hard mode/permadeath, no assists, pitons or rope to rely on 😬

I doubt I'll be able to do it but you never know. Also gonna try some alternate routes and see what else I come across.

After playing the demo back in 2024 (!) I've been patiently waiting for Cairn, and it's living up to expectations!

Climbing is enjoyable but also tough, you really have to plan ahead and pay attention which makes progress feel earned.

Mt Kami is full of secrets which makes exploration rewarding.

Some cool looking indie games I recently added to my Steam wishlist:

• Name of the Will:
2D horror where you try and escape a cult.

• Solbrand:
Futuristic submarine game exploring an ocean of norse myth, UI goes crazy.

• Brine:
FPS set in Cornwall.

• Derelikt:
Crunchy PS1-style FPS set in space.

Man I dunno about anyone else but I cant wait to tackle Mt. Kami later today.

Nearing the end of Pathologic 3 after 100+ hours.

This game takes time travel and runs with it, making it a messy, difficult, and complicated affair.

It's like you're playing multiple playthroughs at the same time, where each and every decision can affect both the future and past.

It's so good!

What are you most excited for? Climbing anywhere? The challenge? Adventure? The sweeping story? The beauty of the Mountain?

Whatever you’re waiting for, our climbing game Cairn is here, TOMORROW!

Finally picked up No Rest for the Wicked.

Been waiting for this one to leave early access before jumping in, but it's just received a major co-op update and was 40% off on Steam, so I thought why not!?

First impressions are very good, combat feels weighty and the art style is incredibly striking.

Been looking forward to Highguard since that TGA reveal, the radio silence since then has been strange aye, but I still wanna check it out.

I'm not even a hero shooter or big multiplayer guy tbf, it's the fact it's ex-titanfall devs thats got me excited, plus it looked fun! 🤷🏻‍♂️

We'll find out soon!

Im currently playing the decompiled PC versions of Perfect Dark and Ocarina of Time, along with Pathologic 3 and Big Hops.

Yeah yeah I know it's too many games at once, but they are all bangers sooo 🤷‍♂️😆

Tried to go both broad and dense on Pathologic 3. Making the pitch for why people in general should care about these games at all AND why the nitty gritty details of them matter so much.

Started watching The Good Place a few days ago and already on Season 2. What a great show that is!

Absolutely Wild that Pathologic 3 releases in a couple of hours btw.

Very, very excited for it!

I love the Zelda games but have never completed Ocarina of Time or Majoras Mask 😅

Have been looking at the PC Decompile versions and they are very nice, like almost native PC games. Can mod them with hi-res texture packs and other stuff, and they even work on the Deck!

May have to check them out!
